I just discovered Allen Edmonds a few months ago and have been visiting this story a lot getting my first two pairs of shoes. The staff working here is phenomenal at their jobs and are very knowledgeable. The entire experience has been a complete pleasure. I look forward to getting more shoes as I've definitely been "bitten by the bug." I have been sharing Allen Edmonds with friends and family.

Great customer service, bar none. Thank you, Mark. I stopped into the Southlake location this morning, to have my existing sneakers looked at... worked with Mark and he was fantastic. Once we worked out what to do with my existing sneakers, he took the time to help me try on several different pairs of shoes. Ultimately, I didn’t buy anything today, but I will when I go back. The customer service alone was worth the visit and makes me want to come back and buy more shoes! Allen Edmonds is known for great shoes and service, and it’s people like Mark that make it happen. Thanks again!

I ordered a belt online and it was too small so I went in to exchange it. Justin took the initiative to make sure that I had ordered the correct shoe size as well since this was my first Allen Edmonds purchase. He helped me found the correct size and made sure I got the sale price. I am very pleased with the service and love my new shoes!

Thanks to Sam at the Allen Edmonds Southlake location for the prompt and helpful assistance when I popped in a few days for my hubby. Sam is quite professional and warm (a difficult balance to find these days) and listens well, which definitely enhances the shopping experience. My executive husband loves Allen Edmonds shoes - truly a great value given how long they last and their durability as well as style. Given that he walks miles and miles each day going from meeting to meeting in the plant, I considered current options, as well as some of the stylish and more casual selections - with such a great range of high quality footwear and accessories, I look forward to shopping again with Sam!

What a great experience shopping for my husband's boots for our anniversary. They were able to get the size and style spot-on and the quality is unmatched. I wish they made women's shoes. Highly recommend the Southlake team for your causal and dress shoe needs.

Kim and Owen were incredibly kind, helpful, and humorous. Walking in uncertain and with questions, they were able to answer all with genuine consideration for your best interests. Aside from the quality and reputation of AE that brought me into the store in the first place, Kim and Owen are the epitome of good customer service that will bring me back time and time again for my wardrobe needs!

The lady working was extremely attentive and helped me every way she could have. She was also extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines in the store. It’s nice to have a store to try shoes on. I’ve been hesitant about ordering shoes online and am glad I found this store.

I’ve never bought anything here, but took a pair of shoes into this location to be resoled - I think they call it “recrafting.” In any event, this was the first time I’ve done this w/ a pair of Allen Edmond shoes and I had several questions. The gentleman there patiently spoke with me and one some of my questions, he double-checked to make sure he provided me the most accurate information. The process itself went well and i was very pleased when the shoes arrived in the mail a few weeks later. My expectations had been high in the first place, and still, the shoes looked even better than I expected. Thank you!

Amazing experience! I was finally able to order my first pair of shoes from this location. Not only are the shoes really comfortable, but the service here was some of the best I’ve ever received. Samm and Kim were extremely knowledgeable. They made the sizing and choice simple and easy (even though I am extremely indecisive). Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to order my next pair soon!
